Vegan + Gluten Free Chocolate + Banana Smoothie

Hi all, as those of you who know me well, I have really struggled with the full transition from bad Veggie/Vegan to full Endo Diet eating. Its not that I dont want to do it, its just that I forget and this world is not tailored to make eating endo friendly easy. So this is one of my favourite little gems which got me off eating rounds of toast of almond pastries for breakfast and really helped kick start my healthy endo living. Happy drinking ๐Ÿ™‚

 

Chocolate, Banana and Chia Seed Smoothie

Time to make: 2 mins

Ingredients:ย 

Process:

  1. Get your favourite smoothie cup or mason jar
  2. Put all the ingredients in the cup and top up with the almond milk
  3. Place your hand held blender (I like to use these as its less washing up at the end, but a food processor/nutri bullet type thing works just as well) in the cup and blend under its tick and smooth
  4. Drink ๐Ÿ™‚

Cost per smoothie:

I worked it out at being around ยฃ1 per smoothie, which isn’t bad
